Cancellation Policy
Receiving this booking confirmation means you in agreement to the following booking terms and conditions. * A 25% non refundable deposit/booking fee *The full rental balance will be due a week before the event date *The client will use the rentals in proper and careful manner, returning the items in the same conditions they are received in *For any item damaged in client possession the full cost of the item will be charged to the client. * A late drop off charge will be applied if items are not returned on the agreed return date and time * Mariluxe events and rentals holds no liability for any injuries up to , and including death that may occur in the misuse of any rental items
